SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Return & Exchange Policy

*All lingerie purchases are final and no refunds or returns are accepted.

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, and all tags must be originally attached. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unworn condition, free of makeup stains and free of odor. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Vixen Boutique. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that show any signs of wear.
